ZACHARY RANDOLPH, MA, MAC Founder & Consultant | Gentle Guidance, LLC

Zachary Randolph is the founder of Gentle Guidance, LLC, a deliberately bounded consulting practice created to support meaningful work without sacrificing integrity, sustainability, or family well-being. Gentle Guidance exists to help organizations and leaders bring clarity, steadiness, and usable structure to complex systems—particularly in moments of strain, growth, or transition—while maintaining dignity, accountability, and humane leadership. The practice is intentionally selective and paced. Work is offered responsibly, not driven by demand, urgency, or prestige.

Zachary’s work draws on more than 14 years of experience across clinical leadership, workforce development, executive operations, and systems design. He has a Master of Arts in Religion with a Concentration in Pastoral Counseling, he holds a Master Addiction Counselor credential in NYS and nationally through NAADAC.

He is known for helping organizations surface what is already functioning well, name what is misaligned, and translate values such as safety, responsibility, trauma-responsiveness, and trust into concrete leadership behaviors, supervision practices, and daily operations. His practice explicitly refuses rescue, moral substitution, and dependency. Zachary has been training leadership, building teams, providing educational workshops, and facilitating topic-based presentations locally and at the State level to support awareness and positive, grounded action for a myriad of industries (behavioral health, higher education, public schools, etc.).

Gentle Guidance does not function as a conscience, compliance shield, or shadow leadership structure. Authority and responsibility remain with those who bear consequences. Engagements are designed to strengthen internal capacity, transfer insight, and exit cleanly. Clients and colleagues describe his presence as calm, precise, and grounding—someone who can see the whole system, hono
